Kickstarter to Steam

I took Nerd Kingdom's TUG campaign from a successful Kickstarter through Steam Greenlight and Early Access, building the community and marketing stack an indie launch needs.

The Challenge

Proving Demand Before Scale

Nerd Kingdom needed to prove that TUG had real market demand, attract investment, and build a community strong enough to carry the game through Steam Greenlight and into Early Access. I built the marketing stack from scratch while the studio was still earning backer trust. The Kickstarter campaign became the public proof point: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/nerdkingdom/tug-1
