Pawp • 2022
Led SEO, affiliate, and conversion optimization for a digital pet-health platform. Launched Pawp's vet-finder to capture "vets near me" and long-tail local search—organic traffic climbed within weeks and top keywords reached page one within four months. Partnered with product, engineering, paid, and content on CRO and acquisition strategy before a sector-wide layoff.
Funimation • 2017–2022
Five-year tenure at a leading anime streaming brand—building audience development strategy first, then owning in-house SEO, affiliate, and CRO. Drove YoY organic traffic growth, reignited a dormant affiliate program to 500%+ YoY, and ran omnichannel A/B testing across SEM, CRM, SEO, and social. Collaborated across marketing, programming, and content to grow engagement and deepen brand affinity. Led paid media agency strategy before scaling an in-house team.

Executed go-to-market for an indie game launch—hit projected sales targets within six months. Owned product marketing, visual assets, creator partnerships, digital distribution, and campaign analytics in a startup where marketing, BD, and production overlapped daily.
KOG Games • 2011–2013
Founding team member for a North American free-to-play launch. Localized product and QA, then shifted to marketing—driving user acquisition, retention campaigns, email programs, and live stream events. Helped the studio reach profitability within its first year.
